Personally I think it was caused by the cufflinks I used with my shirts. It drove me crazy and I removed the external layer of AR coating with a cape cod cloth. Took me 20 min and all the scratches disappeared. You got a small scratch - get over it. 99% of the dial surface is still covered by AR layering. "Invisible crystal" is the most prominent quality of PO. Save Share You have three choices. Live with the scratch, replace the crystal or remove the AR coating with polywatch. If you decide to remove the AR coating, make sure that you tape off the bezel first. The AR coating is similar to the coating on prescription eye glass lenses.
