YSL Rouge Volupte Lipstick is a light, creamy and moisturising formula that can slip slightly throughout the day but no more so than the likes of MAC's Cremesheen or Revlon Lip Butters formulations. I find the Rouge Volupte formula easy to wear as it is comfortable, hydrating and well pigmented One of the first luxury lipsticks I ever bought was the YSL Rouge Volupte in #13 Peach Passion, and ever since I’ve been a big fan of the brand and their stunning product range. In February YSL launched their brand new Rouge Volupte Shine Oil in Stick range and I’m very excited to share swatches and my review with you today! It leans towards the pinker side of peach and compliments my warm skin tone nicely. The formulation is such, that it literally glides onto the lips leaving a pigmented wash of colour. It has a lovely creamy formulation which is very hydrating on the lips, yet still feels light and comfortable.
This lipstick glides on like silk and is so moisturizing its quite unbelievable. It feels delicious on the lips and surprisingly lasts a while before it wears off.
